I had the responsibility for monitoring and review of State wide Educational Program to determine effectiveness. These reviews covered over 100 agencies and Local School Districts which conducted Educational Chapter I services for Educational Disadvantaged Children. My staff consisted of four professionals and two support staff.

1985-86 Superintendent of Schools, East Jasper School System, Heidelberg, Mississippi. I served as the Executive Officer of the School Board and had the responsibility for all school district personnel, Educational Programs  and the fiscal health of the School District.

1984-85 Administrator, Middle and Secondary Education, Bureau of Curriculum Services, State Department of Education, Tallahassee, Florida I had the responsibility for monitoring , review of Middle and Secondary School educational programs financed by state revenues.

1981-84 Program Director, Federal Programs, Program Auditing and Evaluation, and GED, Florida State Department of Education, Tallahassee, Florida I had the responsibility for monitoring , review of Adult and Community Education programs state wide. My staff consisted of three professionals and two support staff.

1979-81 Program Director, Program Support Subsection, Florida Migratory Child Compensatory Program, Florida State Department of Education, Tallahassee, Florida. My responsibility covered the evaluation and review of Chapter I Basic and Chapter I Migrant Programs financed by federal funds. My subsection prepared the state evaluation of all Chapter I Programs. My staff consisted of four professionals and two support staff.
