American businesses and political organization are daily demonstrating the ability to move the public’s beliefs on any issue no matter how impossible a reasoning mind can reject the premises! “Trust us We're Experts”, is the position of those that want to get people to move on an issue!  Experts in psychology and human sociology pulled together some compelling data describing the science of creating and shaping public opinion in America. They trace modern public influence back to the early part of the last century, highlighting the work of “The Father of Spin”. (The Father of Spin: Edward L. Bernays and the Birth of Public Relations, 1998, BY: Larry Tye). His amazing chronicle Propaganda ideas come from Sigmund Freud and applied to the emerging science of mass persuasion. The only difference was that instead of using these principles to uncover hidden themes in the human unconscious, the way Freudian psychology does, these same ideas were used to mask agendas and to create illusions that deceive and misrepresent, for marketing purposes. This is American’s burden in elections! Here is a list of illusions that have cost billions and billions to conjure up. The song “We Shall Overcome” has become their song of acceptance of the “status quo” and not the fight song that made Blacks move to action. American Blacks are the most ”CIVIL” citizens in the known world and rights have nothing to do with it! It is a clear and present part of the not-so-equal society but it needs a clearer indemnification, in today’s world. Blacks find themselves today doodling around such things as Black Honorees or Blacks who have lived but really never done any thing but be safe. Some of these honorees are even "dishonorees" (i. e. the Clarence Thomases, Black Toms, and Williams, etc) having performed negative activities against their own kind. Black have taken the past and refused to make a serious future of finishing the road to equality!!   NONVIOLENCE OR THE VIOLENCE OF NONCOOPERATION:               MLK and Gandhi had to write the truth about their nonviolent activities. They use noncooperation as a “Weapon” to get some movement toward the quality of mankind! The nonviolent movement was not really non violent. It was the use of the overt/violent pressure/force of “non cooperation” to get the oppressors to move.             Further, another not so well recorded fact was that the coalition that made this movement work was that which finally included the Middle and Lower Class citizens that had as an objective that of unjust wars and Feminine Equality. These white citizens had the easily identified problem of the unfairness of another problem that of antiwar movement.. This was the undeclared Vietnam War on a people that had nothing to do with an attack on American rights and citizens. When MKL united with these “so-called-flower-children" Black Civil Rights took on a broader new power that made government move to make changes in the questionable activities of war and Civil Rights. Today, there is another common problem that is available for the Black Civil Right advocates to unite with. These groups are located all over the world. They are the teachers in Wisconsin, Egyptian, Liberians, uk, Muslims, etc. All of these groups have a common enemy, the coalitions of the wealthy that have nearly brought all other "institutions" of a civilized society to it’s knees!   BLACK CIVIL RIGHTS HAS NEW NATIONAL AND WORLD WIDE ALLIES!!               But hold it today there is a more serious rights movement. It is a World Wide war. It is really that WWIII that so many leaders have been saying they are trying to avoid. This war has no enemy with uniforms, flags, and sovereign territory. Unlike other wars there is no seventh parallel or French DiMaggio lines. The territory is described as the classic Institution of “Economics Capitalism American Style!” This is one of the five institutions in a civilized society which include Family, Religion, Education and Politics The advisories in this war are Capitalist Economic System on one side and the other five Institutions on the other. Capitalism has proven to be a powerful advisory because it has grown to control the resources that all other institutions need to exist.   THE NEW COALITION OF CIVIL RIGHTS:               So in summary this is a war with the Middle Classes VS the Super Wealthy for control of world resources. The middles Classes are located across national borderlines. They are Egyptians, British, Germans, Chinese, Libyans, Americans, Nigerians, Tunisians,   WHAT IS THE SOLUTION(S) AND WHO CAN DO THE SOLVING?   In all the revolutions of history it has been recorded that the Middle Classes. Poor and young that have made changes happen. But alas, in American our youth have been so sheltered and coddled by the parental “Baby Boomers” that they have no clue/idea of their condition. Although these Black and white graduates have no employment after college, they still have hope that some great and powerful God will change this! They have not had the benefit of experiencing to fire of “no income compounded with no hope.” Until they have been educated on the real world and HOPE is gone it will have to be one of the old time “Baby Boomers” that will take the leadership and finally involve these college students of the 2000s. Further, if there are any Ministers left that are without sin and not so heavenly bound that they are of earthly good, they should again take the lead stand up be the hero and move onto the white and Black campuses without the “We Shall Over Come” song and get this job done.   THE INSTITUTION OF RELIGION MUST TAKE THE LEAD IN THIS WAR AGAINST GREEDY:   Yes, the Institution of Religion has as it main tenants the responsibility of bringing this enemy that contains Greed, amorality and criminality located in the institution of “Economics (Capitalism)” to a halt before the laws of both man and God! The institution of economic as presently constructed is not a complimentary institution to society. The resent attacks on unions are the prime opportunity for Black Civil Rights to again become timely and relevant. The Baptist, Epistical, Methodist, Conventions should have visibility at all of the events where unions are being attacked. The SCLC, NAACP, NOW Women Voters League, etc. must join this unified group of AFL-CIO, NEA, ASFCME to bring these Humans Rights to a successful conclusion. Yes, he is probably just lying again!” At the beauty shops, barber shops, drinking sessions, parties, it is common that the clear conclusion is that basically that the white male will at all times tell the listener that which is laced with little or no real facts or truths. They are excused in doing this by saying, “They are being political or this is the characteristic of a strong leaned.”             In addition, after seeing this the public, that may try to become a leader, have taken the conclusion that to be a strong leader they must to be able to lie with impunity, look camera serious, demonstrate that they have or will kill people, make the so-called hard decisions even when these decisions are inhuman and necessary only to cause fear and anxiety! Do you recall when Hillary Clinton was running for President and the spin masters were asking, “Can she make the hard decisions in the time of war and killing? She has not demonstrated that she can order military to war!” She remanded the press that she was strong when voted for the Iraq action/war, although she had false information when she voted! Palin, in making her run or leadership tries to show her white male characteristics by blundering a halibut to death, shooting bambi and thumper, or shooting a moose for dinner, and showing that she can make a presentation without an once of truth or facts. Palin in her attempt to meet the role model was “Maning-Up” like Cheney, who shot his friend in the face with a shotgun (Susan Page, Cheney shoots at quail, hits hunting companion USA TODAY, 2/12/2006) and Bush, who went to war based on a lie where thousands of American boys and girls were killed and many more wounded! He is expected to make decisions of absolute power and without any real explanation for his decisions.             The biggest TV cooperation that takes great care in perpetuating this distorted image of a “Strong white male leader” is FOX TV news! They choose the most un intellectual, most ignorant, most clandestinely misleading people and regularly parade them on the TV screen as the “Top of White Male Leadership!" They prey on the lowest underbelly of American, the uninformed, bigots, and educationally challenged!             The sad thing is that the true power of our fellow white male American leader is lost in his own neglect and abhorrent behavior! However, taxes have become a powerful tool to instill fear and emotion into citizens and get votes for people that intend to do harm to the nation. Conservatives on particular, have made taxes a dirty word that when used is followed by the dropping of an eyelid (wink) and spitting into the dust! American cannot recovery it solvency without facing this subject head on. This could generate about 10% of the Gross National Income (GNI=$10 trillion) or about one trillion dollars per year    ACTIONS PRESENTLY OF ADVANTAGE FOR THE US ADMINISTRATION:   Obama must cease the opportunity in the mist of the earth quake Tsumie and Nuclear tragedy. offer Japan businesses to move their manufacturing to “floor space in America” using 50% American workers and 50% Japanese workers while Japan recover their national health! It is the American thing to do!  Mr. President, take Oil; off the Stock Market, placer it in commodities using the same existing legislation (used in reverse for their oil buddies) by Nixon and Bush, then raise the price (taxes) by One dollar per gallon, use the funds gained to invest in clean energy and infrastructure, etc. Let the Oil companies fight and cry over these redirected profits!!  To stop Oil gouging, OBAMA like Nixon and Bush should have oil removed from Stock Exchange/Market and Placed back in Commodes where the government can have more control.  Gadaffi and Kock using the same tactic to fight Middle Class-Gadaffi provides $600.00 per citizen for support and also offers $3B to republican Party for support-Kock provides millions to Republican Party for support against Unions (Middle Class& Poor) citizens! .Gaddaffi gives $600 per person to Libyans trying to keep them in his camp!   “Saudi King Abdullah announced on Friday billions of dollars in handouts for his people and boosted his security apparatus in a renewed effort to shield the world's top oil exporter from unrest rocking the Arab world. Egypt, Libya, Iran, Saudi Arabia, England, Germany, etc), The problem is essentially the Wealthy/Money/The haves VS the Middle Class and poor, the have nots! History has classically recorded these recurring conflicts in 1. The revolution for The Magna Crater English charter originally issued on 15 June 1215, 2. French Revolutions began in 1789, 4. Bill of Rights the first ten amendments to the United States Constitution. Etc.                 Whenever the Institution of Economics becomes so powerful and gains an inordinate amount of wealth, it eventually chooses to do harm to the other Institutions of, Family, Education, Religion, and of course Government. The five institutions of a civilized society are there to support each other and the people or at the least do no harm. However, because of the fact that the people that rise to the top of the Economic Institution possess the charter of Greed, Amorality, and Criminal behavior great harm is done to the basic institution of Family, the people. This is where America is in its history to the “Great Conflict” of wealth VS Middle Class and poor! However, America's Constitution has provided mechanisms that allow for corrections and changes without the use of the final tool of history. That of  revolution and violence! The critical question here is, “can America proceed to use these Constitutional constructs successfully in this crisis in the road” or “Will the Tea Party types and the GOP Congressman that in a poll showed that 75% do not believe in science and ‘Elite Logic’ bring violence to this confrontation of wealth and Middle Class Americans?”              Dr. J. I guess not because the root cause of the illness is the cancer in your head!             This is the same with the economic illness of the US. The US has unemployment, personal and National Debts, hungry, fear and anguish. These are but some of the systems of the Economic melt down. Therefore, providing unemployment checks is good but temporary-paying debts by using credit cards and/or selling “T” bills is also temporary-feeding the hungry with commodities and singing songs of praise are them satisfying but temporary. This is the treating of the symptoms of our problem of economic Crisis. The root cause is in the “Goudian Knot” of wealth being over blotted and hoarding ill placed cash!             The “Goudian Knot” of the US economic Cancer is the Bankers, Wall Street, cooperation moving money to off shore accounts and the allowed “Punsi” schemes of criminal business people! It will take a moral strong, Statesman to cut the strangling Gouderain Knot that holds the blood of America's economic institution of, for and by the people! America’s Nation debt is reported to about $14.1 trillion dollars which makes the US Government a poor institution. In contrast private wealth is reported to hold about $15-$20 trillion dollars in out of country accounts. This private holding is enough funds to pay the national debt and jump-start the US economy easily. But the move to retrieve these private holding will arose such a power as to make the WWII pale by comparison!             This leaves President Obama with the phase “Compromise and Negotiate” stuck in his public speech. How can he negotiate and compromise with an adversary of Powerful, Greedy, Amoral, criminal, traitors that have deliberately brought the “Institution of America Government” to it's knees? Obama must at least pretend to work on the symptoms only not the problem, to survive. Believe me Obama has a multitude of symptoms on which to work and seems to get additional one by the day! It makes him look weak and an ineffective Statesman. Obama is also a Black man if you had not realized this. For example, if pollution is killing people and is manifest in a terrible hacking cough and you are looking for an answer to the deaths, and you asked the question, “What does a cough damage in the body to cause death? The answer will never address the base causal of the cough! If America in its present financial crisis asks the question, “How much spending needs to be cut to balance the budget?” The problem of the criminal “Punsi Schemes” that has resulted in the wealthy possessing resources and funds enough to pay the budget deficit and restart the economy can never be answered! Further, if the Poor and Middle Class, in the attempt to resolve their financial problems ask the question, “Why has government not created more jobs and not why has the jobs that are producing needed products been moved out of the country not dissolved?” If you ask a question to an American using the Chinese language, you will never get an answer because they do not understand what the question is! They will never answer the question about the real cause of this tragic unemployment disaster!  There are at least critical question that Americans and the world must answer at this time; 1. Is it proper, good, necessary, important for the power of wealth to control and run all the other social and human institutions of the world. Wealth is essentially the product of people and groups of people (e.g. corporations, companies, religious groups, etc) have the basic characteristic of being Greedy, Exploitive, Amoral, and Criminal, taking the wealth of the world by any means necessary. American is not broke American Government is! There is between $15 trillion and $20 trillion in private wealth completely untouched by the taxman in offshore bank accounts, hedge fund portfolios and brokerage accounts. It is time to ask the question, “ If the peoples government did not collect taxes how would some services be paid for?” Yes, the word “Taxes” has been made a dirty word and being used by politicians to defeat any potential intelligent Statesman that proposes their collection as a way to support/pay for the necessary services for a healthy society. The critical question should be, “Who pays taxes and what tax rate(s) are fair!?” In the opinion of many economists the most equitable tax is a flat tax on income. In others words if you make a dollar you pay say a $.10 or ten percent tax-if you make $1 million dollars you pay about $100,000.00 in taxes.” But as Americans know the present tax codes, taxes are levied on the poor and Middle Classes and the wealthy pay little to none. Taxing is not that complicated. However, the explanation of taxes is made complicated in order to deliberately “Bamboozle” the public and drive public servant into hiding!! No public servant can admit that they do mot understand the subject of “Taxes” nor “American Economics Capitalist Style” That is why all economic explanations are provided “Casey Stingle Style!” America deliberately has one of the most “Regressive” tax system in the civilized world!             It is true that taxes are at times misused and wasted by incompetent, unscrupulous, and misleads Statesmen. But when this occurs the citizens can solve this problem but voting this misplaced leader out of government. Consider this against the situation where a CEO of a private for profit corporation gain excess profits and proceed to exercise that power by further exploiting the citizens/voters. How then can this CEO be removed form their positions. The citizens did not vote these CEOs into their office nor can they vote them out!             In addition, some services in a society do not lend themselves to a “Private for profit” investment. Consider such services as road building and maintenance, water management, Law Enforcement, military for national defense/protection, interstate and “inter and intra public services” management and etc. Further, there is no guarantee that any corporation would be loyal and patriotic enough to provide employment to Americans when they can move their operations out of the country in order to get a cheaper labor leaving American unemployed, poor, hopeless and hungry!                         The word “Tax” must be taken out of the context where it can be used as a rule of thumb “bad word” that frightens the voter to vote for those, who wish to weaken government in order to be able to take advantage of public resources. Taxes are not bad (per se),  “wicked, incompetent, and criminal” Tax spenders are very bad!!             American today is struggling with a debt that has been made mainly by the problem of the wealthy avoiding paying any taxes at all, gaining immense wealth, sitting on their ill gotten spoils, with all the Americans and world be dammed!! They use noncooperation as a “Weapon” to get some movement toward the quality of mankind! The nonviolent movement was not really non violent. It was the use of the overt/violent pressure/force of “non cooperation” to get the oppressors to move.             Further, another not so well recorded fact was that the coalition that made this movement work was that which finally included the Middle and Lower Class citizens that had as an objective that of unjust wars and Feminine Equality. These white citizens had the easily identified problem of the unfairness of another problem that of antiwar movement.. This was the undeclared Vietnam War on a people that had nothing to do with an attack on American rights and citizens. When MKL united with these “so-called-flower-children" Black Civil Rights took on a broader new power that made government move to make changes in the questionable activities of war and Civil Rights. Today, there is another common problem that is available for the Black Civil Right advocates to unite with. These groups are located all over the world. They are the teachers in Wisconsin, Egyptian, Liberians, uk, Muslims, etc. All of these groups have a common enemy, the coalitions of the wealthy that have nearly brought all other "institutions" of a civilized society to it’s knees!   BLACK CIVIL RIGHTS HAS NEW NATIONAL AND WORLD WIDE ALLIES!!               But hold it today there is a more serious rights movement. It is a World Wide war. It is really that WWIII that so many leaders have been saying they are trying to avoid. This war has no enemy with uniforms, flags, and sovereign territory. Capitalism has proven to be a powerful advisory because it has grown to control the resources that all other institutions need to exist.   THE NEW COALITION OF CIVIL RIGHTS:               So in summary this is a war with the Middle Classes against the Wealthy for control of world resources. The middles Classes are located cross national borderlines. Although these Black and white graduates have no employment after college, they still have hope that some great and powerful God will change this! They have not had the benefit of experiencing to fire of “no income compounded with no hope.” Until they have been educated on the real world and HOPE is gone it will have to be one of the old time “Baby Boomers” that will take the leadership and finally involve these college students of the 2000s. In order to have any chance of getting fair elections America needs to make available a team of honest, reliable people to assist Egypt through these times. Often used with the: a murder suspect with links to the Mob. They can do well at times and at times are no more than groups of people with similar objectives and issues.             Mafia refers to a tightly knit group of trusted associates, crime group even, a political group or leader:             So you see, Mobs, Gangs, and/or Mafia can be good, bad, legal or criminal according to whose bull is being gored and who is profiting from their existence. America has come to be very tolerant of these groups almost to a fault! Our most honored Mob, Gang, Mafia is the financial industry. America has allowed it to bring the whole nation to the brink of disaster!!             However, by definition some good “Gangs or Mobs” are some Families, some Religious Denominations, Some educations, some political parties, some Private companies, NAACP, Urban League, League of Women Voters, Anti Deformation League, etc. They at the least do no harm to others!             For example Exxon/Mobil” and the oil cooperations are nothing more than legitimized “Mobs!” They conduct schemes of rip-offs that fit any definition of “The Mob or Mafia!” The banking industry is nothing but a legitimate “Mafia and Mob!” So are the Wall Street, Pharmacy, Mining Industry which include Coal, Oil, copper, Iron, some political Parties, etc! All these industries/organizations conduct business that takes advantage of the American citizens for services and living needs/resources. It is clear that in America, if all five of our institutions, which include Family, Religion, Education, Economics, and Politics, are not functioning well, the progress we must expect is not easily achieved. Of course today America's super powerful institution of Economics/Capitalism has created a destabilizing effect that has threatened to bring down all other institutions. However, there is a common factor that runs through all institutions that can make them good or bad for the common good. Capitalism is an economic system in which the leaders/CEO’s, means of production are privately owned and operated for a private profit. Decisions regarding supply, demand, price, distribution, and investments are made by private actors strictly for the bottom line, profits. To be most effective or most profitable, Capitalism must be totally Amoral. Greedy  and owe no Loyalty to a nation or country!! Since capitalism is the economic system of America, it cannot be run only for the profits of a few. It must be run for the benefit of the many! It mist be required to have some degree of loyalty to nation, morality and ethics. Corporations in America have moved the means of making a living out of the country, which is both an act of disloyalty and does great harm to the general population!! The fact is that 1% of the population has 90% of the wealth and all other institutions are, to a great extent bought and owned by the institution of Capitalism. This includes the institution of Religion! Thereby, comes the today's dirty words of regulations or guides that the Governed must have for their economic institution.  If any institution does not have as a foundation the ingredients of ethics and morals, the ends of their actions will inevitably be a disaster for the greater good, humans. Therefore, the institution of Religion has a primary role to play in making sure that the “good stays good” and the “bad turns good.” Classically Religion tend to derive morality, ethics, religious laws or a preferred lifestyle from their ideas about the cosmos and human nature. All Institutions of a civilized society must exist for the welfare of its general population and at the least do no harm!             More over, our economic system has been functioning absent the foundation and practice of ethics, profoundly Amoral and are Greedy. It is a “Pure Capitalism System.” This has culminated in the corruption of all other institutions, including Religion to a great extent! Considering that a really good, successful, CEO is the Greediest, most Amoral, disloyal to a country, person, why would Americans vote for one to be the leader of our nation???             For example, the solution to the problem of the earth having a finite recourses and numbers of human beings having an infinite possibility; this issue is probably one that the institution of Religion can address the best! In their meetings the control of population is a matter of resource control.             Solutions form the money makers will come in the form of genocide, starvation, localizing areas of population extermination, resource environmental pollution. Etc. The   solutions must and should have the human consideration of more ethical and moral/humane character. Hitler and his economic system had their solutions. It included a general Holocaust, selective breeding, harvester of human organs from the targeted subclasses (i. e. eyes, livers, hearts, kidneys, blood and blood products, skin, veins, bones, etc), Feticide, starvation, euthanasia, etc. all were absent of any acceptable levels of Religious or moral and ethical considerations. These solutions will not be outside of the those our economic institution will consider or use! It is called by the clever name of “collateral damage” at the present time!             Of course the solutions pursued by Religion will not be without the facing (Ministering-up, Maning-up, Mother Grizzlying-up) the profound and agonizing issues of what Religions will determine its role in population planning/control to be. If there is too many bleeding hearts that are too “heavenly bound” there will be no “earthly solutions” fourth coming. This practice is accepted, successful, ongoing and expensive!              Does Politicians expenditures on campaign ads influence the outcomes of elections!! Again the answer to this question is a resounding “YES!” In election 2008 it is reported that over a billion dollars was spent on Campaign Ads to elect a Congress and President. In fact, the first item considered in the planning/start of any election campaign is, “Can enough funds be raised to win such campaign?” If a tree falls in the forest and no one is around does it make a sound? The answer may be “YES” but if the event was not recorded on an electronic or other device the “YES” may be debatable! With the existing data on the power of advertising/public discourse on known subjects, Americans with “Common Sense” must conclude that the “Vitriol” of public figures on violence toward targeted people and groups of people will cause someone to act on this evil rethoric. Thus, we have the assignations of JFK, MLK, Malcolm X, Arizona Congresswoman, Reagan, etc. There is no doubt about this! Instead of showing out duly elected officials doing the real business of the people's government, very large numbers of our leaders are profiling and talking to the cameras             How many time do we see our legislators approaching the podium, leaning against the podium, hands in a gesturing position and talking the most ignorant, illogical, misleading message of fear, and emotion of all times! Our fellow American leaders white hair all silky white, wearing their Eagle Brand suits, blue eyeing staring at you as if they were the messengers of some all knowing god, and lying openly or aggressive working for some special interest. Recently a Congressman said, ”My truth may not fit your facts but truth is always common sense and believable!” In other wards, “Truth and facts are mutually exclusive!”   Take the Health Legislation-it was said, “The government's Obamacare mandates Advanced planning consultations. Those on Social Security will be required to attend am ‘end of life planning’ seminar every five years!” These are the Death committees! “The tax imposed under this section will not be treated as a tax.” Now, how could anyone in his or her right mind come up with this convoluted statement!              The act of Congressmen talking to the cameras has caused two very destructive things. First, it has provided the public a standard of “non sense” and “lies” that set the average intellectual goals of achievement at a level of a 7th grader and tells the public that any thing you say regardless of how ignorant is OK. The facts do not need to support what is given under the guise of Truth! Secondly, this tendency to say any thing as truth and absolute has stopped these leaders from taking the time and effort to look for the facts and them using reason to make accretions or conclusions. The full potential of the individual and whole group is never to be reached. The level of universal "Stupidity" becomes the standard.                The TV camera live in the Congress chamber has diminished the elected politician becoming a “Statesman” once elected to office. It has made a sham out of the expectation that the voter has placed into office a true representative “of, by and for” the people!              A classical example of how a Female (and others) views herself (themselves) as the equal to an essentially white male leader we only need to look at Sarah Palin-Mother Grizzly. She wares bibbed pants waders with both belt and suspenders. Stands in the Bubber stance, her little legs apart, thumbs stuck in the side pockets, swaying from side-to-side, posturing while waiting to take a shot on the shooting range. She takes her 306 rifle shoots Bambi, Thumper, Yogi and Boo Boo Bear, takes home a moose for dinner after clubbing a Flounder to death! He rethoric is filled with images of targets, lock and load, and remember the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution. She takes Vice President Cheney’s image of shooting his “Friend” in the face as a wonderful hazard worth taking for the sake of the win!               In addition, some female and Blacks that are vying for political positions having adapted the common habit of using, “Common Sense (polite phase for the stupidity)” and using it to make others comfortable with being ignorant and having joined the mass “Stupidity” of the voting public! This is one of the main reasons that the level of American education/intelligence performance is reported to be about the 7th grade level. Further. This demonstration by Congresspersons exposes to the world the reality that Americans are no more enlightened that some of the Third World Nations!              Some enterprising fellow Americans are using this condition of fear, emotion and declaration of truth with out fact to back it up and making big money (Limbaugh $500 million, Palin $20 million, Hannity, O'Reilly, Glen Back, Joe Scarborough, Buckman, many new pundits & Expert Consultants, ,etc.)              America's more perfect union has been obstructed by the show of disloyalty to truth, morality, and ethics! This writer remembers the times of the 20s and 40s when the vitriol was from the prejudice Americans about race in particular. They vitriol voices preached hate of race, Sex, Gays and different creeds of the American population. This resulted in the ignorant, racist crazies, taking the overt acts of violence toward Black people and others. There were the Jim Crow Laws, hangings, beatings, attack digs, High Pressure water hoses, Castrations, raping and more!             Then for a short time a glimmer of enlightenment seem to occur. Some rights were legislated but fewer were enforced. But the Reagan Southern Strategy consolidated the Dixicrates into the bottom feeders, Far Right Wing, Conservative Republican Party. There they languished for a time until The Tea Partiers gave rise to a group into which money could be invested to create chaos and reap havoc in out political and government institutions. The Money people were not so much interested in the race, sex, and gay issues as creating the ideal condition that chaos would make for the success of the practice art of “Capitalism Greed” and criminal exploitation! It is commonly known that Capitalism have been using chaos, ignorance, fear and emotion to exploit all the Third World Nations for centuries. America was the greatest prize in this corporate exploitation. America is the wealthiest and most powerful nation in history so far.             When in the 1990s and 2000s Republican’s Tea Party perpetrated the “Prefect Storm” in politics with their no-holes-bared tactics to win by any means necessary.  All corporate American and Evil People needed was to let louse their “Bottom Feeders” by money. Khoke of The Birch Society, FOX, and many other corporations quickly invested this money. The corporations wanted the chaos for maximum leverage to bring the resources of the nation and world to its knees.             Then “Mother Grizzly”, Rush, O’Rielly, Shun, Boehner and many others became the profiteers of this free flowing money. The daily rhetorical Vitriol of hate, Fear, and emotions brought the natural result of this “national go out and take your revenge.” This was the fuel for the ignorant, crazies, and simple minds to commit some type of violence. All the so called Vitroalist ran for cover or made some lame statements declaring that no one could absolutely that the Arizona attack was directly due to their messages in the media             My friend remembers the time when in Connecticut in the sixties, a cross was burned in his front yard. It was alleged that The Birch Society, KKK, and White Citizen Council had joint offices in the region. They would call him every week by phone with a personal message “Ni—er get out of town! Martin Luther King was a Communist. Etc” All he was doing was serving on the Local Education Board and writing articles every now and again. Just last December 2010, there was the contact that said, “We know where you live. We are going to get you!” The Modern Day Media is the most powerful tool for public opinion and direction in history. It is more powerful than the Atomic Bomb!! First, we must understand that there are five major important institutions of a civilized society, Family, Religion, Education, Politics, and Economic. Each institution has their inherent characteristics and rules. The most important rule is that the institution will do no harm and includes what humans call “Moral” and social expectations. However, in the institution of Economics (i. e. Capitalism) the characteristic of “Morals” are counter productive to the narrow objective of it’s pure “Greed” of "Profit Making". Therefore, in Capitalism American Style, pure greed has found morals as a liability. In fact, for the greatest profit, "Capitalism" has always been what is called an “Amoral” institution. In fact, in America “Capitalism” is more successful, and refined than seen in the history of civilization! It has dropped all pretense of considering those issues such as Moral, social, and humane that are important characteristics to all other institutions in a civilized American Society! Even the loyalty to a particular country is a liability to profit making and has been dropped by American Corporations. This is why American citizens see their jobs going to other nations for lower production expenses/wages to the determent of being “Loyal” to American interest. Further. American Capitalism has developed into a position so powerful that it has using corruption, propaganda and payola invaded all other institutions in America! It has by any measure bought our in institution of “Politics/Government” through the financing of a candidates campaign for office. All other institutions must yield their moral character regularly to the pressures of making money to secure all the basic needs of the members of their particular institution. The operational hierarchy of Institutions should logically be (High to Low) Government (Constitutional Laws) followed by but not necessarially in this order,-Family-Religion-Education- and then Economics! Capitalism cannot run the nation! This is important for our new Governor to know and understand. The skill of Business while it may helpful/good for his functions, the underlying morality of looking at the needs of the humans and over-all societal development for which government exists far out ranks the business of being profitable in its “Constitutional” tasks. Functions, and Actions. Moreover, it may be good to realize that the reason our Governor was elected was not so much his campaign affirmations while running for office, as the circumstances of the profound unemployment that citizens are experiencing and attributing to the Democrats. In other, words citizens voted not so much for the candidate but against the condition they were in while Democrats were in charge. They voted nationally against the Democrats wrongly for causing and not improving their lot in the two years they were in office. In addition, the fact that the President is now a Black Man added to the momentum for voting against Democrats. Governor Elect Scott should consider that the promise to privatize say prisons is not really a good idea. The fixing for our prisons is probably best by reform of procedures and /or psychological conditioning of the “Administration of the Laws” by the enforce personnel. For example, our men and women in uniform must be trained to be less “Us(officers) against Them(citizens)” as they are we are here to protect and reform those that have strayed outside the law for various reasons; those that are more caused by the conditions of the citizens living and psychological problems brought about by undo stressful encounters (e. g. abuse, mental, poverty, survival for family obligations, etc.)! Next, “Privatization” of prisons is too profit oriented and thus unless for any chance for reform and rehabilitation. As long as the primary objective is to fill the beds of the prison for $30,000 per year the overarching goal will be to get and keep the beds filled. Then there is the campaign objective of “Contracting and outsourcing.” In this time of extreme unemployment there is little wisdom in putting Public Servants into the street adding further to the roles of the unemployed. There are things the Government can do better but are not good for private profiting making industry. These things may be necessary but not be useful it profiteering and a capitalism bent. During the fifties and sixties the government invested in things that were not at first start, profit making but needed for the good of the nation. The TVA, CC Camps, Research in Agriculture to mention a few. However, they finally developed into the many business fertilizer, plastics, computers, machines, etc. These are some of today’s largest profiting making enterprises, as it is lovingly called! All other Government changes must be viewed with the same prism “is it good for people and does do no harm” before the making of profit is used in the decision-making!! (i. e. immigration, retirement, education, Commerce, Employment, etc.) It is the time for the giant step from a businessperson to a politician, into a shoes/role of a “StatesPerson” now that you sit in the Governor’s/Peoples Chair! -MORE-     THE AMERICAN DREAM OF ALL BECOMING MILLIONAIRES IS NOTHING BUT A CRUEL JOKE!!! Then consider in keeping with the present consumption expectations/standards of today’s “Rich and Famous” millionaires, each American would consume and misuse resources (e.g. Food, transpiration, women, homes, etc) the same excess as the millionaires of today! How long could the world resources last with this abuse? How long would the other populations of the world put up with this ridiculous and abusive condition? First, you can see that the conditions that would make all citizens millionaires are beyond reality. But in looking at the real objectives of people both rich and poor alike is to have the human satisfaction of love, both physical and psychological! Napoleon had his Mary Antoinette, King Henry had his five queens, Pharo had his Cleopatra, and so on it goes. Yes, after getting wealth every one still would kill for the love of some other person. It is not love and happiness. It is consumption and waste! The point is that Americans have been propagandized into believing that the prime objective in life is money and the wealth that follows! America's Capitalist system has survived only because the rate of wealth accumulation has been by a very few people, and the rise of goods and services have always lagged behind the group of superrich. In other words the rise in the income level of the greater population is programmed to rise at a rate far less than that of the wealthy! There is no chance that the number of millionaires becoming say half the population to make them wealthy. This is because the price of services and materials would have risen to levels that leaves all these new millionaires relatively poor (e. g. a the price of bead is $2.00 when only 2 percent of the population are millionaires and it will be $100 dollars when fifty percent of the population are millionaires!) In addition, Americans have been taught that they must work hard go to school and this would provide then a path to wealth and riches. However, Americans can readily see that even when the number of citizens achieve a Middle Class Status by these rules, the wealthy, that so many times have gotten their position are those that are by playing “out-side-of-the-box” of hard work and fairness, greedy, criminal, cruel, exploitive, treachery, traitorous, and inhumane. In other words the method of using “Facts and observations” to fuel the human mind for making valid decision and conclusions has been corrupted by mass media which has made convenient sound bites the resources for human and national growth and advancement!             The schools of sociology, psychology, propaganda, and Public Relations have become America’s source of information. These four bodies of knowledge are powerful and subject to abuse in the hands of the greedy and evil. These four subjects provide the tools to control the beliefs and actions of individuals and in turn control the masses! This would not be so bad if this media was free of the corruption brought by those who wish to use it not so much to educate but to control the population for selfish reasons. The fact is that the process of reason using facts is much more labor and time intensive than taking actions and making conclusions from the human quality of “fear and emotion!” Therefore, people such politicians and capitalist that choose to use the public for greedy and exploitive reasons choose fear and emotions to reach their ends. Unfortunately, this has an extremely negative effect on the intellectual level of a nation or a group of citizens that use the media for their primary source of information. It is easy to make a decision from the phase, “If it don’t fit then you must acquit” than to have the information that backs up the decision provided. The latter is too long and the former is not only short. It has a poetic ring and a short emotion filled base. It is easy for the pharmaceuticals and their PR people to use the fear and emotion of proposing that a Health Bill create “Death Panels for old people” than for the president to provide the details and facts of the bill to the citizens. Just the other day a Congressman said, “Short term pain for long term gain!” He was talking about a bill to cut taxes of the Middle Class and raise them on the wealthy. It made an immediate impact on the public looking for a simple answer or phase on which to make a conclusion on a complicated bill that would positively affect them if they supported it. It was easier for President Bush to use the fear of “Weapons of Mass Destruction” to get Americans to invade Iraq than to try to explain any other reason for this preemptive stick on a sovereign nation! In the pass election November 2, 2010, the Republicans and their conservative supporters bundled together several existing conditions of Americans as they said, “unemployment, Obama care, Raising Taxes, Out of control federal spending” do you need more of this from Democrats. Now the condition such as "Unemployment" was obvious to every one, but the reasons were not so clear and easy to determine. Therefore, in putting the easy subject in the same slogan with other not so clear things the Democrats were voted out by Americans that did not vote in their best interest! In addition, America has a flaw in its national base belief. This is that there is a significant difference in the intellectual ability/IQ between races and gender’s of its population. This belief is that the IQ of a white male (not all but too many) is superior to all other groups of citizens. The acceptance of this serous lie has paved the way for a white male to hold the belief of being more accepted in their thoughts than any other group. However, instead of using this advantage to increase their base of knowledge and lead fellow citizens to higher levels, they have commonly used this to avoid the labor of learning things and information. He will say fearful and emotional things that are unsubstantiated by facts or observation. This leaves citizens to attain low reasoning low level and settle for “Stupidity” This can be seen in the publics responses to life’s questions. Americans in the last election voted for people and things that were not in their best interest! Thus, the public this state of stupidity provides an advantage for people that work to use the public for selfish reasons such as making profits and exploiting resources. It further, creates a false role model to emulate by those who are trying to gain power and status in American society. Some few striving leaders do not fall for this role model and take the chance and be the hero (such as Maddow, Olberman, matthews, maybe Obama, Paloski, ect). But people as Shara Palin take the easy way up and “man-up” to the role model! The productivity and advancement of the human kind is retarded by this activity. . Thus goes American society preoccupation with “Stupidity” of today! The real tragedy in this is that America has fallen behind other nations in their historical leadership in education and production of ideas and goods. Politicians and exploiters have used the human nature of fear and emotion and substituted the word “Common Sense”: to make those, who are not educationally achieved fill comfortable with their condition. Further, politicians regularly use this “Common Sense” stand as they say things that clearly have little foundation in fact! As Americans we can no longer allow our so called political and business leaders to deliberately use misinformation and plain old lies to get citizens to vote on issues of paramount importance! He couldn’t because corporations would probably stop him with malice!             But this the truth is that unregulated, unrestrained, Corporations based on American soil have in the pass unduly influenced and some times solely made “Foreign Policy.” Corporations have become the fourth branch of the US Government! They have used the populations of the world and the world’s natural and mineral resources to enrich their coffers with the entire world be dammed! Corporations have demonstrated their disloyalty to the US by acting the traitor and moving the livelihoods of American to other nations (give us back our jobs!!). They have left the US floundering on the verge of econo0mic disaster. In fact Capitalism is said to be a system with rules, and laws that are unalienable and required to make the institution work. One of the rules of this system is that the free market that has allowed Manufacturing and jobs to other countries and left Americans unemployed is but a necessary part of the “Free Market” and must not be interfered with by Government! Therefore, when a president assumed his responsibility to solve a economic problem they cannot interfere with problem of work being moved out of the nation which has resulted in suffering and misery for citizens.             However, if a president does not address the problem caused by Capitalism, which by any measure committed the treasonous act of bringing the citizens to their living material knees by bringing the manufacturing back home!! The leaders of industry declares that the condition of jobs going to cheap labor out of the country is but a natural part of the “Free Market” system, and cannot be interfered with. The theory is that “Free Market” is powerful, self-correcting and free of the decisions any of industry leaders/CEOs. The irony of this madness is that if the president is not governing well citizens can vote them out. Whereas if CEOs do harm they cannot be removed be citizens who must prepare to suffer the consequences of hard time when the wealthy live in obscene luxury!             This Institution of Economics (i. g. Capitalism) is perceived as so complicated that few people can understand it. That is why our simpleminded Congressmen are so timid about challenging the Rules of the “Free Market” system. The truth is that the rules of the system are invented and/or changed to fit the needs of the industry at any given time.             Moreover, our President must take a powerful stand while he can. There needs to be powerful activities not public blusterer! FDR had the formula. Ignore the Economic Institution at the least for a while. Set up parallel institutions of banking and job establishing (e. g. CC Camps, Research and Development, and TVA, etc.) to put the citizens back to work quickly while the Banks and Industrialist hoard their wealth and resources!             In addition, for Obama at this time it is important the he establishes a group to try to saturate the public with the factual truth about the things that this political season has so successfully mis represented. For a while it looked as though “The Tea Partiers” were going to be ht e only group with the enthusiasm to make a solid accountable voting group.             This is the year that will test the will of American to take back it of, by, and for the people's Constitutional Agreement/Rights. It is in our interest to understand what and who has brought America's economy to its knees.             It was the effective efficient skills of the “Baby Boomers” that provided the ultimate support to “Capitalism American Style” that made this economic Institution the challenge to Government. Why is this so? Well Corporations, with the encouragement of Universities and Government, invested in the education and training of the Baby Boomers in their universities and produced the ultimate group of single-minded educated support to the already wealthy businesses. These Baby Boomers became educated slaves and with their skills brought the most focused energy to increasing the “bottom line” with no holes barred. The University Business Curriculum instilled in the students that “Capitalism is strictly an institution to make money by any means necessary!” What was deliberately lift out was the ethics and morals that make the Institution of Economics useful to the healthy growth of a human society? What was noticeably left unattended in the curriculum of The Business Schools were courses of Ethics, philosophy, Sociology and the value of humans in the objectives of a healthy thriving business? Greed was placed above Charity! Collateral damage was taught to be an accepted part of doing business, Thus, we see BP, Exxon/Mobile, AIG, Wall Street doing business on the dead bodies of the public. The Congressional Hearings demonstrated how little CEOs understood the cruel and criminal acts they were committing on the public. The objective of increasing the bottom line was always to produce a product with the least investment of labor and the market of highest return. This is why America's plants functions were “Shipped-Outsourced” to third world countries where the lowest paid existed and then back to the market where the highest. Yes, the baby Boomers became the instrument of the demise of their own Economic Class, The Middle Class. They brilliantly and effectively created a bottom line, which required the least need for the Middle Class worker. They either sent the jobs over seas to the cheapest labor market or moved the “Service Functions” to the Islands and India! Then America discovered a yet unspoken fact. America's education system has been turning out graduates that do not have that level of training that make them as highly educated as other nations. America has been for so long happy with the charade that our workers are more knowledgeable than most other countries! America has been deliberated “Dumbing Down” their population to the degree that certain citizens were being provided better education than others. (i. e. Latinos, Native Indians, Blacks less educated than whites) Oh! what a tangled web America has woven. This is why America is seeing the “Tea Party Groups” which contain racist, sexist, homophobes, ignorant, citizens, making such a powerful public imprint and chaos. In Addition, America is about to allow huge amounts of funds to flow into the public education mess. But this is only going to bring more quick fix and Profiteers out of the woodwork that will make tons of money doing their thing. In the end nothing will change. He was taking painful care to keep his presentation in the middle ground of business and public good. It is timely for someone to lie out this crisis as it really is!             This crisis is a result of a recurring challenge of wealth/money to the legally elected and Constituted Government for power. This confrontation has happened at least four times in US history, in the 1800, in the 1920s, in the 1990s, and the 2010s!. But this time corporations have a never before experienced advantage. They have the power of money to make a real fight of it. The Bush/Cheney regime in the 2000 formed a coalition with corporations that provided industry with the leverage to become wealthier than the US government! It is reported that the combined wealth of private industrialist is about two trillion dollars. Which is as much as the US national debt. Bush did at least four things to assist in accomplishing this. 1, stopped the government regulation of industry in the ways it could make their profits, 2. Provided industry incentives to move material and equipment to foreign countries and cheaper labor to increase profits, 3. Government subsidies to facilitate these moves and, 4. Provided funds to private industry when they reported financial problems!  Further Bush, or really Cheney, encouraged Americans to go out and spend to the place that they were in debt over their heads. How many credit cards did you receive without you initiating by applications. Each American household was reported to have a minimum of a half dozen different credit cards. This resulted in industries moving manufacturing equipment and operations to nations like China, Taiwan, Mexico, etc. to cheaper labor that provided am excessive increase in profit.  These companies further even insulted American workers by having them to dismantle, pack up and load their individual work/manufacturing stations for shipping overseas. These were the jobs that the Middle Class American held as they moved toward achieving the American Dream. Not only was this a deathblow for the Middle Class, the hard truth is that this crisis is an act of “treason” against America. It was an assault on the Constitution and condemned American workers to a condition with no visible way to make a living without resorting to activities outside of the law. Right now if America needed to go to war with say China, it would have to borrow money from China then, purchase its war equipment ad ordinance from the Chinese! America could not quickly change its manufacturing from peacetime TVs, washing machines, hole hoops, etc to guns and tanks as it has done in times of was with Japan and Germany.  It cannot produce a thing but paper and “woe is me” because the industries are not there any more. What is even more sickening is that the corporations are winning in this confrontation to move the power from government to wealth. The New World Order of The Rothschild has come to pass. BP is the premier confrontation that will prove that the giant is not government it is money! Even further, Financial Institutions are not moving to carry out their usual functions of moving money in a deliberate effort to sabotage the government’s effort to break this economic crisis. BP and it's outstanding Public Relations team has redirected the focus of this attack on the US from an act of war to a cooperative effort of the US and BP to clean up the waters of the gulf.             The intense propaganda campaign has softened the minds of the world and the US citizens enough to accept the lie that the Gulf Oil Spill was not an act of “Crimes against Humanity” which a result of pure Greed and selfish private profit that has killed eleven people and is harming many, many more generations. The CEO of BP was provided a leaving bonus of about eighteen million dollars and symbolically moved to “Siberia,’ a place that the world sees as the bottom of human incarceration, then replacing him with a “Mississippi Boy” to gain the appearance of a cooperative “Southern Brotherhood” to clean up, not a BP mess but a collective US-BP mess. BP even agreed to a 20 Billion dollar fund to pay people that were harmed as a gesture of good will and intent! But TORP fund has delivered only a small amount to people, who have applied.             This is a problem for the Maddows, Olbermans, Mattews and government to make sure that the American citizens get large doses of the facts and truth, stay the course and win this Bell Weather battle of the proponents of The New World Order. Businesses earn a tax credit of $2,400 for every work release inmate they hire.             By tapping into the inmate workforce, the company and its subcontractors get workers who are not only cheap but easily silenced—and they get lucrative tax write-offs in the process. Public service without profit is not the objective of America's Capitalist Economic System. In fact Obama’s Oath to public service is directly contrary to the sworn objectives of our greedy, criminal, sleazy immoral CEO’s and exploiters of the masses of the world.   Just look into the strained, red, face of BP CEO, Hayward he says, “Give me back my life!” He has no clue or understanding uf the magnitude of harm his profit motive has dealt to the citizens of America. These BP people are certifiable criminals and at the least severely intellectually challenged! Anyone can see from this example that the brightest of the human species are not necessarily among the “Wealthy Aires” as propaganda has sold the masses!   What is so puzzling to me is that why didn't Obama know that these scientific expectations could have been predicted weeks ago? I am a retired scientist with twenty years experience in research chemistry. Any first year chemist student must have known that drilling in a bed of “Methyl Hydrate Bricks” would eventually destabilize this Hydrate and the resulting methane gas would have to come out somewhere with very high pressure. This gas alone is highly dangerous because it is a toxic, explosive, flammable, part of the 850,000,000 metric tons, which exists in the sea bottoms. Further, the toxic chemicals of benzene, toluene, Zyrlene, dioxin, and other chemicals normal to crude oil would need a process of cleaning up if and when these as an oil well eruption. (rough estimates of methyl hydrate deposits range from 2,800 tcm/metric tons  to 8.5 million tcm, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.)   Our great hero, John Wayne told us that in his many movies about the disasters that wildcat oil drilling could bring. But it would seem that all the scientific and operation resources for such eventually has been “Out Sourced and or contracted” to private-for-profit companies to be available only at a price to the US Government. During the fifties and sixties most basic research was financed by the federal government. Basic research is not the money making cycle (basic research-development-product production for sale) of product production. The project on which I worked required me to cleared as “Top Secret” by the government. My skills and inventions belonged to the government and were available easily on request and demand. However, the minute a product was discovered private industry would patient it for production and sale! The point here is that if Obama wanted a hole to be dug and he had to buy the ditch digger from BP and then rent the shovel from BP the do the digging. Upon making a demand on BP the CEO Hayward got angry and responded, “Give me my life back (Meaning give me my power back and let me alone)!” In the mean time, the birds die, the fish die or go away, the vegetation dies and the land erodes, people are poisoned and the unborn mutated, the hot house-green house gasses are discharged into the atmosphere, a potential explosion may occur that is so big that it may move the earth on it axis or from its orbit, etc! What would happen if the floating talc white powder were spread on the sea surface to reflect the suns rays, thus counter acting any change in absorption increase caused by the dark oil?? In America no loss of a dollar is worth the saving of a life in any undertaking!             Is the loss of jobs and income of Americans worth more then the loss of higher profits when moving the manufacturing/American Jobs to other countries? Notice when considering such things as installation of a traffic light at a school crossing the question is always asked,” How many lives have been lost so far it this crossing?” Or when considering the cancellation of Air flights in bad weather or volcano eruptions, the consideration is asked, “How many flight losses can the company take before the risk to profit loss out weight the loss of any life in the equation?”             When starting to work as a chemist making a nerve gas for my country. I was always fascinated by the meetings when they were discussing the danger of doing a process a saver way against the risk of life of the workers when a quicker but more dangerous was used. When a product was found to have a negative effect on the user population meeting were held to review the situation. It seemed that always the cost of liability was the primary consideration instead of the production of a more user-friendly product!! it seems to me that there was no profit greater than the preservation of a life, But my American and German colleagues had found that some human livers were much less important than the sake of production. The Blacks chemist were being use as were the Jews in Nazi Germany, Black in the US had skills like the Jews but were expendable in all situations. As a side bar, “Only one of these six Black Chemist who started with me only one servived - - toxic, pyrophoric, explosive, deadly - - -me!"             Thus Americans can see that the very basis we use to commit our fellow citizens to a capitalist venture is bound in the premise that life at times much is less important than the profit goals.             This is why Americans see the Tobacco industry so comfortably saying that cancer that kills smokers is less important then the profit made by the industries from it sales-or that the pesticides which are sprayed on the crops and corp. workers alike are more valuable to the health of the crop than the lives of a worker who is poisoned by their use. Have you ever watched the TV coverage of the truckers who are driving eighteen-wheelers on the ice-covered waters between the main land and Alaska? The risk of the trucker is worth the profit made by the company. Or how many times have Americans seen us go to war for the profits of the profits of the oil and other manufacturing industries, The Government and the Coal Miner Industry are making a cruel farce out of this expected disaster at the neglect of the loss of the Coal Mines and their families! Premiums; Reform's effects on premiums depends on how you get coverage. The Congressional Budget Office found that Senate bill: Would have little to no effect on premiums for workers in big companies, compared with no reform; 2. Universal coverage: The Senate bill would cover 30 million additional people by 2019, however, it would still leave 23 million without coverage that year, according to the CBO. 3. For example the location of voting places were established in geographical location where Blacks and poor people would have a hard time getting to. Further, things as the poll tax and denial of women and Blacks to vote completely, have been common place. Therefore, it is time for voting to be made extremely convenient but save and free of fraud. The activities around voting inequality has developed in certain groups of Americans, the expectation of great difficulty and a tendency to avoid voting completely. This is what we see in the way Blacks have to be almost driven to the polls. Blacks expect it to be a hard task to vote. In fact at times Blacks were killed in the act of voting which went unpunished by the Authorities. Today it tales Radio Shows, OPRAH, marches, Church Ministers, dances, Caribbean Cruses, Chicken and fish cook outs and much, much more to get Black to the polls! Just observe how much Brilliant Public Relations and money it took to get Obama elected!! All of this effort was necessary to over come the instilled behavior of Blacks to place voting at the bottom of their things to do as a public civic responsibility. Now contrast that with the resent voting by Black in the places where neither special expense nor events were made to move Blacks to this activity. This demonstrated that without the extreme efforts seen in the Obama election Blacks are not moved to cast a vote for anyone!! Most importantly this is an indication that this war between the government of, by and for the people is being won by the corporations that are of, by, and for the CEOs.   RULES NEED TO BE PUMAGAED FOR CORPOEATE INVESTMENT IN ELECTIONS UNDER THE NEWS RULING OF THE SURPREME COURT: 1.      When a Corporation invest a certain percentage of a parties election funds that any Political Party" must take on the official name of that corporation. 2.      When a corporation invests a certain level of funds in the lobbying for a Special Interest the bill must take on the name of the corporation that profits form the legislation. 3.      The Military Industrial Complex must not be allowed to invest money in any elected official who is in charge of allocations for the specific product, they may be manufacturing. 4.      Any funds paid directly to any elected official or their campaigns must be labeled as “Payola” if it exceeds a set level. 5.       Penalties must be set for corporations that are found to lobby for interest of foreign countries or agents that are known to be enemy combatants with fines and jail penalties for all proven violators. 6.       Any corporation or CEO found to conduct criminal acts that involve investments in special interest that do national harm must be punished severely by jail, forfeiting their wealth, and death according to the intensity of the act(s). 7.      Any corporation found to be avoiding paying taxes by taking their profits out of the country must be punished by the confiscation of their wealth and the jailing of their CEOs. 8.      All investments to any party or candidate must be logged in and any party may spend make public before these funds. 9.      Any investments made by corporations that affect negatively national security must be confiscated and the CEOs making these donations jailed, 10.  Any elected official moving directly from an elected position to a corporation after sponsoring special interest legislation, must be jailed for their 11.  All corporations must make their contributions and declare their source to a party or candidate at least one year before an election cycle. 12.  Any investment above a set amount must be proved to have been voted on by the stockholders of the corporation. 13.  Any special interest legislation financed against the nation interest and safety must be investigated and the guilty parties/corporations punished by jail, loss of wealth, and/or both. 14.           Impeach the Chief Justice for contempt of congress 15.  .etc.   Precedence must be set in this administration that punishment of Bankers, and Wall Street fat cats will be done by bringing these people to trial and handing out punishment here needed!! Unlike Cuba there is no policy that will allow Haitians to come to American. If they do come as boat people, they are caught at sea and promptly taken back to Haiti! Haiti's approximately 9 million citizens have expressed many times that they would like to be a territory or state of the United States. It is not the numbers of Haitians that causes the U. S. the problem. It is Haiti's ethnic population of 95% Black, 5% Mulatto, and a few whites. STORY   ELECTION YEAR 2010 IS THE YEAR WHERE AMERICA MUST CLEAN UP THE NATURE OF IT’S POLITICS!! (WRITTEN January 1, 2009) (UNEDITED, UNABRIDGED)   My fellow Americans, elections 2010 year is the critical cycle in which we must work hard to clean up and refocus the way we conduct our political business and the expected, accepted character of our political leaders.  The unchallenged use of lies, fear, emotions, incivility, racism, sexism, must be systematically fought at every opportunity. On January 2, 2010 a headline read, “Political Climate Changing Against Democrats!” It should have read, “Political Climate Changing Against Politicians of bad Character!” In addition, our politicians are the number one supporters of America’s preoccupation with “Stupidly!” In fact they deliberately enhance and exploit it at every opportunity. The phase “Common Sense” I has been made a synonym to “Stupidly” in order to make the public feel comfortable with remaining uninformed and uneducated!! The voter is told many times, “Don’t let the eggheads, elite, college people make you feel that you do not know something. We are just using our “Common Sense!” For example, Americans can and must make it a critical unforgivable error for the lies being told and accepted as an expected, tolerated activity of a politician. Lies are hurtful and unacceptable, therefore, for politicians as they are for everybody else and one of the gravest of the “Seven Deadly Sins” which include, Greed, Pride, Envy, Gluttony, Lust, Anger, Sloth (the seven recognized deadliest sins according to the classics)! Further, breaking of the Judo- Christian morals embodied in the Ten Commandments (ONE: 'You shall have no other gods before Me. TWO: 'You shall not make for yourself a carved image. 'THREE: 'You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain. 'FOUR: 'Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.' FIVE: 'Honor your father and your mother.'SIX: 'You shall not murder.' SEVEN: 'You shall not commit adultery.' EIGHT: 'You shall not steal.' NINE: 'You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.' TEN: 'You shall not covet your neighbor's house; you shall not covet your neighbor's wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor's.' ) and in violation of America’s laws against perjury must also be applied to politicians. Then there is the act to show our political leaders that adultery and evil is as abhorrent in a politician as it is in the voters and American citizen at large. Punishment must be swift and appropriate for the violations. Maybe stoning, cutting hands off, tar and fathering, lock up, and hanging should be done with great frequency!!             There needs to be provided a firm definition of the fact that unless there is some tenantable evidence that a deliberate lie is being told. The positions of providing bad information based on a condition of having a position of “plausible deniability” (e.g. a bad memo or other written material) will not be acceptable.             A solid list of people of proven honesty must be established by their demonstrated acts of “Busting” a liar regardless if their public stature. This list must include such proven people as Rachel Maddow, Crist Mathews, Kieth Oberman, CSPAN, Rev Jackson, Congressman Hasting, Gnatt Report. Frankly Speaking, Huffington, etc. American citizens of limited resources can themselves research, Google, yahoo, then strike, strike, and strike again by posting through blogs and letters and articles, ads, signs, soap box stands, and any other medium necessary!!!   Dr. J. There was an instance where a Republican provided a prayer from the podium that asked for Senator Byrd to die before the next vote was taken. Senator Al. Franking gave a presentation, which was interrupted frequently by Republicans “Farting” into their microphones and “cat calls” during his delivery. Frankin also took the unusual action of denying Liberman’s request for one more minute to finish a presentation he was making to prolong the proceedings. The Republicans had a 700-page document read into the record for the purpose of slowing down the vote on the bill. And so on it went. Congresspersons from both sides of the isle were openly bargaining for handout for their vote on the issue! However, a vote was finally taken resulting in the moving forward the most insane, convoluted, Health Industry Entitlement Bill in the history of bad legislation for the country! This bill sat the stage for the many Ponz/Pyrimide schemes of and for Private Health Industries and will serve as enabling and establishing in epic proportions a legal monopoly in defiance of the existing Anti Trust Laws and philosophies. This is essentially an entitlement bill for the Health Care Industry, which will be paid for by the already dissolving Middle Class Americans. There was a visible absence of any ‘Public Option” or “method" to provide competition for the Private Health Industry. Ironically this resulted in political wins for both Democrats and Republicans. The Democrats will be able to position their record as a "doer and promise keeper" for the 2010-2012 elections and the Republicans will be able to provide their party with the demonstrated ability to fight and win the profits for Private Industry, which is their primary objective at all times! However, this is not over. The democrats have one more chance in “Bill Reconciliation Process” to add back some semblance of a "Public Option” to create competition and relief for the American citizen. However, reason for this continuing war on Afghanistan soil had been sold by the administration as a war to stamp out the Acadia group and to get Bin Laden!! An article by Bill Sardi reminds us that the oil line is still the primary reason for America being in this war. Maresca, vice president, international relations for UNOCAL oil company, testified before the US House of Representatives, Committee on International Relations. Maresca provided information to Congress on Central Asia oil and gas reserves and how they might shape US foreign policy to fit the notion that the UNOCAL's oil line problem is not the reason for the war but that the reason for the war is a moral and national safety issue!!.  Therefore, in 1998 Osama Bin Laden was identified as the villain behind the Taliban, Afghanistan women the victims of an oppressive Taliban regime, and the stage was set for a future stabilization effort (i.e. a war). The tear jerking issue of women's rights were introduced into Congressional testimony by Congressman Rohrbacher as the wedge for UNOCAL to build its pipeline through Afghanistan. This was all a cover story for a future oil pipeline construction for private profit.             Obama has inherited this war and is overpowered to show his support and to work for it continuation. Here again Americans are being lied to by the continuing support of this war by Obama. Bush and his Administration have laid a foundation that is lasting far beyond their demise. LET US VOTE OUT THE SPECIAL INTEREST CONGRESSPERSONS-LET THE HEALTH CARE REFORM PUBLIC OPTION VOTE BE OUR GUIDE!! (WRITTEN December 15, 2009) (UNEDITED, UNABRIDGED)  These next two weeks of December 14 –30, 2009 are the most critical weeks may be in the resent history of America's Democratic Republic history. Never before with the possible exclusion of going to war has the American voter given an elected Congress so clear a mandate as that of reforming Health Care in America. The voter expected in the magnitude of his vote and the pursing polls that the present private Health Care Industry must be provided some competition by creating ”Public Insurance” option run by the Federal Government! There is no doubt that the way America's Congresspersons create and vote the present Health Care Legislation is an indicator of their dedication to up holding the expectation of them providing services of, by, and for the people that voted them into office.             This is the classic “Litmus” test for the moral and honest executions of the sown duties of an elected official. It is a simple easy to see issue, “Are our elected officials in office to legally carry out business of, by, and for the people or are they in to do as they as please and in the mean time collect pay-offs for their support of Private Interest of The Pharmaceuticals and Medical Insurers?” Lieberman (received abut $400,000.00) and Boyd (received about 125,000.00) are two glaring example of the way some of our elected officials choose to do business for Private Special Interest in stead of business of and for the voters. Both of these Congressman have been reported to have received large amounts of money followed by the casting of their votes against the competition that a Public Option in the Health Care Reform Legislation that would bring affordable Health Services to more people.             Moreover, when all this voting is over, any Congressperson that votes against a “Public Option” in the “Health Care Reform Legislation” is not a representative of the people and must be voted out with explanation or subsequent consequent consideration!! The lies, double talk, Casey Stingle like, convoluted politician explanations must not prevail this time. It is did you vote for or against the “Public Option” in the legislation. A BLACK STUDENT'S LOOK AT INTEGRATED EDUCATION!!  PREFACE “To be truly successful, a person must first establish the highest level of positive ‘self-concept/” For a Black person this preparation must include gaining a solid irrefutable perception of their place in the human chain. In integrated education a Black experiences; Oppression-Tension-Pain (a big headache literally)!!If you are going to higher education and compete in the American predominately white institutions you must carry your place with you. You cannot go in looking for someone to give you a place. In getting this solid self-concept I have found that attending a historically Black institution, as an undergraduate, is the best place to get this well rounded foundation. With this firm foundation you can be a better competitor in the pluralistic society where the norm is to place you in a place by skin color. You must take you place with you as you sit down to provide your skills in all the situations that you are certain to face. This is my sincere and best advice that I can provide to my fellow brothers and sisters!” External (individual and institutional white discrimination) discrimination brings for Blacks, Pressure-Tension-Headaches that forces a Black to carry with themselves/internal oppression-tension pain!                  Call me Ikeman!! Issac Morgan they named me. I was blessed by having the greatest Mother a boy could ever have. She was a divorced single and acted as the father, mother, breadwinner and spiritual advisor for my three brothers and me. I am the youngest of the four boys in my family. Without her I am certain that my life would have been an unbearable disaster. She has more love in her little finger than most people have I their whole body. The family had nothing but poverty. But this was a poverty of things. We were rich indeed in the wealth that human love and caring brings! My brothers were outstanding athletes. They had their place in the Black part of the institution. They had their female following. I was left to compete in the world where a Black scholar was an outcast. And when placed in the accelerated classes, where few Black were I was the mascot. I was nothing! But I did have my headache to keep me company! All the time my headache was with me-God is good all the time-my headache was there all the time!! As a student I was the victim of what was called integrated schools. This situation found me always in the racial minority, I saw mainly white instructors. These were my authority figures. I was unwittingly convinced that all Blacks were follows and in the minority when it came to the great thinkers of this world. This was my grades one through 12 schooling and it continued when I attended community college for my first two years of higher education. I did what was required of me as best I could and made it through to the AA Degree. Then I tried the atmosphere of another white institution for my last two years to get the BS. I was Ok and doing the passing with the same type of strategies that had gotten me through the other schools. But I began to have these big headaches. Here I was a very young boy walking around with a Headache! My many trips to the doctor resulted in me getting the famous universal cure all “pills.” It started with one pill and ended up with many. Here I was a boy walking around with a headache and a pocket full of pills, for God’s sake. No body knew the troubles I saw. It was Extreme S-T-R-E-S-S brought about by isolation and alienation!!! Even I did not understand this thing. This day here I was standing on the campus at about 10:00 am. No body around much except my headache and me. I was looking for a place to sit in the mist of many paces to sit. I ended up sitting on the curb holding my miserable head and it ache in my hands. What is this? Who are my peers and where are they? I am alone in a sea of students. Isolated and alienated. My, my how confusing this was. Why is my good head giving me this not so good feeling? I was trying to come to grips with a situation of which I had no grasp. I was the invisible man!! For some reason I decided to transfer to a Traditionally Black University. This was my place of enlightenment.             Now here I was in the middle of a sea of Black bodies. There were hordes and hordes of Black beautiful women moving all over the place. They were not the hoochie mamas that were the reticule of other places. They were now the objects of ceremony and pursuits!  I was among the majority!!! This turned out to be an important difference with my situation. My headaches went away. This institution was giving me great images of Black people with great frequency and my instructors were saying some things that up to now were ridiculous to me. Blacks were said to be great contributors in the big and mysterious world. Blacks were central to the pools of important and gifted people of the world. It was as if my instructors were not ashamed to say things that until now were said in passing and with little promoted value. This was my education. This was my foundation. I was getting to think that I was ready to get the things that until now were in my grasp but not in my cards. The stress, tension, and pain of being the mascot in a group of not like me people was gone. I was whole for the first time in my school life!!           Ah Yes, it’s a sunny, sunny day, God is in his heaven and some part of this paradise called earth just could be mine. Free at last; free at last, thank God All Mighty, I’m Free at last!! Now I am ready to integrate the world!!             Most Black students have attended grade school where all tier lived they were out numbered by while students and having little notion that Black were people of authority also. That is enough to give anyone a headache!             I am ready to compete in this pluralistic, multicultural, world!
